Namaste London goes on the floors in July and will be shot in UK and parts of India including Punjab, Kerala and the Himalayas. Shah added that the city of London and the British way of living is the primary focus of his film. “I wanted the fresh perspective of a Westerner while exploring London through the camera and hence we decided on hiring Peter,” he said.

Though reluctant to divulge how much he was paying the Hollywood cinematographer, Shah said, “Peter will contribute immensely to the project and I am sparing no costs.” Shah is also on the lookout for a Hollywood actor to play the second lead in Namaste London and is considering actor Sean Connery’s son Jason Connery and model cum actor Jamie Dornan.
